Innovation, Incubation and IPR centres of AAACET organized an intra-college Technical Project Expo on March 22, 2019. Final year students from various departments participated in this event and exposed their technical project. A sum of 64 technical projects were exhibited by the students. The innovative projects from each department were selected as the best project. All the students of AAACET were visited the projects and they inspired by the recent innovative technologies utilized by our final year students. This project expo encouraged the students of AAACET by answering these following dilemmas. How to develop a project? How to incorporate new innovations in project? This Project expo also makes a pathway to the students to parade their innovative ideas for the usefulness of the society.
Technical Seminar on “How to publish a paper in Journal?”
Our I-I-I Centre has organized a seminar on “How to publish a paper in Journal?” on September 1st in our college campus. Dr.G.Vairamuthu, Assistant Professor from Mechanical Engineering Department was the Resource person for this programme. He gave the detailed procedure required for publishing paper in journal.
Guest Lecture on IoT
Our Innovation, Incubation and IPR centre organized a Guest Lecture on “Introduction to Internet of Things (IoT)” on 10-08-2018. Dr.A.Shenbagarajan, Assistant Professor from Computer Science and Engineering Department was the Resource person for this programme. He discussed about the basics of IoT, various protocols and different innovative IoT projects. Finally students asked their queries with the resource person and also shared their lecture experience with him.
INAUGURAL OF INNOVATION, INCUBATION AND IPR CENTRES
Our institution has announced to start “Innovation, Incubation and IPR centres” on this academic year onwards. Nearly 150 students from various departments have enrolled their name interestingly. The inaugural ceremony was conducted on 03-08-2018 in ground floor Seminar hall at 4 P.M. Our Principal Dr.M.Sekar, Heads of various Departments, department coordinators and registered students were participated in this programme. Our Principal Sir gave presidential address and motivated the students to actively work for developing the patentable project and also he introduced the overall coordinator and department coordinators to the students. Overall coordinator, Mr.M.S.Kalyana Sundaram, Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering department who have addressed the students about the important of this community and planned activities. Heads of various departments encouraged the students towards the innovative thinking. Finally Students shared their innovative ideas on their interested areas.
