- Graduates are requested to occupy their respective seats by 09.3o A.M.
- Parents or Guests accompanying graduates are requested to sit in the area allotted for them.
- Please remain silent throughout the solemn ceremony
- Graduates are requested to take the pledge audibly after initiation by the Chairman
- Kindly switch off the cell phone inside the auditorium
- Only official photographers are allowed to take the photos
