ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & DATA SCIENCE

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at AAACET is established in the year 2023 with the vision of producing eminent software professionals with deep AI knowledge to meet the needs of the AI-based industry. This department enables students to learn the concepts behind the principles and technologies that form the foundation of AI, including logic, probabilistic models, machine learning, robotics, natural language processing, and knowledge representation. It also helps students learn how machines can engage in problem-solving, reasoning, learning, and interaction, as well as how to design, test, and implement algorithms.

The Artificial Intelligence and Data Science program at AAACET is reinforced by a strong digital learning environment with good infrastructure, attractive AI platform-based laboratories, a library with a massive collection of books, well-sophisticated smart classrooms with AI assistance, a spacious seminar hall, reading hall, discussion rooms, faculty with deep knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and more.

The educational structure of this Artificial Intelligence and Data Science program is based on Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Outcome-Based Education (OBE). This teaching method helps students gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period of time to investigate and respond to a complex question, problem, or challenge. The department’s focus is on facilitating students to become self-driven learners who can analyze a problem and use all the resources around them to find solutions to meet the needs of society and industry.

The outcome of this program is that students are trained to be recruited by top eminent AI industries such as Amazon, C3.ai, DeepMind, H2O.ai, IBM, Meta Platforms, NICE, OpenAI, SenseTime, and more. The average revenue of these esteemed companies is around $183.2 million per year.

During the four years of study in AAACET-AI&DS department, students may work in a simulated Data Lab on diverse data projects. The majority of student’s time will be spent working on projects either individually or in groups. The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at AAACET might be a good place to learn, share knowledge, research, participate in international forums, have fun, and more.
