The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering conducted a Guest Lecture on Wind Turbines on 03.03.2023. The resource person for the Guest Lecture was Mr. A. S. Antony Raj, B.Tech., Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor, Virudhunagar. He briefed about the working of wind turbines, design of wind turbine blades and wind turbine failure with case studies. Totally 85 students attended the programme.

R. Suriyamoorthy and R. Sivabalan from ECE /II YEAR has won 2nd prize with a CASH REWARD of Rs 3000/- Project Prototype in Vortex 23 held at NIT-Trichy. Principal Dr. M. Sekar and HoD/ECE congratulated the students.
EMIS – Video Mapping & Rating Workshop on 08.03.2023
In response to a circular dated March 6, 2023, from the Chief Educational Office, Virudhunagar (ந.க. எண் 680 / இ / 2023), the District Institute of Education and Training, Palayampatti, and the NSS unit of AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Sivakasi, jointly organized the Educational Management Information System (EMIS) Workshop on the college campus from March 8–10, 2023. NSS Volunteer Mr.A. Bhuvanesh welcomed the chief guest, Dr. G. Valladurai, Principal, DIET, Palayampatti, and the faculty members from Virudhunagar District. The chief guest presented the book to the principal, Dr. M. Sekar, as a token of love. The chief guest explained the importance of this video mapping and rating work to the faculty members. This work provides the appropriate educational content to the school students in the EMIS. The principal, Dr. M. Sekar, explained the needed reforms in the valuation pattern in school education. Around 25 faculty members participated in the workshop. The Senior Lecturer from the District Institute of Education and Training Mr. M.Manivannan, Mr. A.N.V.Venkataswamy & NSS unit coordinator, Mr. S. Balamurugan coordinated this program.
EEE Industrial Visit to Anaamalais Toyota on 15.02.2023
A one-day Industrial visit was arranged on 15.02.2023 to Anaamalais Toyota Car Showroom, Amathur, for IV Year Electrical and Electronics Engineering students. Fifteen students, along with two faculty members and one Lab Technician went for a visit. The visit mainly focused on understanding the working of a hybrid car. It provided valuable insights into hybrid technology, petrol and diesel engines, and the necessity of safety measures for drivers and passengers. It was an excellent opportunity to learn from experts of the automotive industry and to gain a deeper understanding of the cars we use every day.
Session on Achieving Problem-Solution Fit and Product Market Fit” on 02.03.2023
The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of AAA College of Engineering organized “A Session on Achieving Problem-Solution Fit and Product Market Fit” on 02.03.2023. The Programme was conducted at Thomas Alva Edison Hall. Mr.R.Suriyamoorthy, Second Year, Department of ECE, Student Co-ordinator IIC, extended a warm greeting to the delightful gathering. Mr.T.Arunkumar , Second Year, Department of ECE, Student Co-ordinator IIC has given chief guest introduction.
Er.D.Jeyaganesh,B.E.,M.B.A., EDP Manager, Anaamalais Toyota, Virudhunagar was the resource person for this session. The Resource person has given idea about how to market the product and types of marketing online marketing, offline marketing. He has also given idea about carrier planning and also showed the video about ARC group of companies and carrier opportunities for engineering graduates. During the feedback session, the participants interacted with the resource person and clarified their queries regarding this session. Nearly 57students and 10 faculties were participated in this session. Ms.K.Nandhana, Second Year, Department of ECE delivered the Vote of Thanks. Finally the Programme was ended with national anthem.
Awareness Program on “Empowering the Youth: The Vivekananda Way” on 03.03.2023
The NSS unit of AAA College of Engineering and Technology and Sri Ramakrishna–Vivekananda Peravai, Sivakasi jointly organized the awareness program on “Empowering the Youth: The Vivekananda Way” on March 3, 2023, on the college campus. NSS Volunteer B.Rohith Gurubala welcomed the chief guest, Srimad Swami Paramasukanandaji Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Viluppuram. The principal, Dr. M. Sekar, gave the facilitation address and presented the memento to the chief guest as a token of gratitude. The chief guest spoke on the vision of Swami Vivekananda and how the students, the present youth of the country, contribute towards nation-building. The chief guest encouraged the students to pursue their studies and gave useful suggestions for achieving success in their careers. The chief guest explained the importance of family values and also insisted on maintaining discipline in one’s life. The NSS Volunteers gave the donation to Sri Ramakrishna-Vivekananda Peravai. This program was coordinated by the NSS unit coordinator, Mr. S. Balamurugan.

VEERAKUMAR of 3rd year Mechanical Engineering won Second prize in the event Papercpresentation. M.SELVAKUMAR of 3rd year Mechanical Engineering won First prize in the event CAD Modelling. M.MUTHAIYA of 2nd Year Mechanical Engineering won First prize in the event Water Rocketry. The Students were congratulated by the Principal, Mr VM Pandian AP/ ME and Mr Senthil Maharaj AP/ME.

The main objective of National Science Day celebration program is to discuss all the issues and implement of new novel technologies for the development in the field of science. Students showcased their aesthetic ideas and creative innovations through Project Models and Power point presentation as a part of Science day -2023. About 23 innovative ideas and two project models were displayed. This national science day celebration will help the other students to improve their innovative thinking and making new prototype model with recent technology in their department. Mr.R.Sivabalan, Second Year, Department of ECE delivered the Vote of Thanks. Finally, the Programme was ended with national anthem.
