The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, AAA College of Engineering and Technology, conducted a Hands-on training on “Arduino and Node-MCU programming” for Thirumangalam, PKN Girls’ Higher Secondary School teachers on 18/09/2020 (Friday). This training program was conducted at the centre of IIoT in AAACET campus. The training was focused on the fundamentals of the Arduino and Node-MCU programming. The different types of sensors, actuators, and wireless communication devices were introduced. All the technical sessions were conducted by Mr. S. Saravanan & Mr. M. S. Kalyana Sundaram, Assistant Professors, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
One Day Training on “Arduino Programming”
Center for IIoT of AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Sivakasi conducted a one day training on “Arduino Programming” for our 11th Students of K.V.S.Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Virudhunagar on 26.12.2019.
Dr. M. Sekar, Principal, AAA College of Engineering and Technology, inaugurated the training and motivate the students. Ms. R. Sandhiya, final year CSE welcomed the gathering.
Dr.A.Shenbagarajan, Asso.Prof/CSE was the course Instructor and delivered the origin and importance of IoT followed by the recent development of IoT and basics of sensors and actuators, Arduino programming – Interfacing and configuration of sensors with Arduino software.
During the training, the Course Instructors Dr.A.Shenbagarajan, Asso.Prof/CSE, explains in detail about the sensors and its functions, also they trained the students on how to interface the sensors like Temperature, Humidity, IR Sensor, Ultrasonic Sensor, Gas Sensor, Light and Moisture Sensor, PIR and Colour with Arduino board and Actuators.
Dr. M. Sekar, Principal of the College gave felicitation and motivate the students to develop innovative products, and effective use of IIoT Lab to enhance their knowledge and distribute the certificates to participants. Ms.R.Mohana Priya, final year CSE delivered vote of thanks. Value Added Course on Hands on Training on “IoT:- An Introduction using Arduino Programming”

Center for IIoT of AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Sivakasi in association with Riyasaa Labs conducted a two day Faculty Development Programme on “Internet of Things” for faculties on 16th and 17th January, 2019.

Prof. Ananthanarayanan, Dr. V Anantha Narayanan, Technical Lead, PAIoT Research Lab, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore was the Course Instructor and he explained about the features of IoT in detail to the participants and gave hands on training in an effective way.
During the training, the Course Instructor explains in detail about the sensors and its functions, how to interface the sensors with Arduino board and Actuators and how to write Arduino Programming to the participants.
During the Valedictory session held on 17th January 2019 evening, Dr. M.
