AAA College of Engineering &Technology organized a special MOTIVATIONAL program called “Future India” on 9th September 2017 around 11 a.m. in the college A/C seminar hall.

Correspondent Dr. P.Ganesan welcomed the gathering. The chief guest, Shree Rangaraj Pandey, in his speech, advised the students about the present scenario of what’s going on around the world and they should take all their failures as a motivational force to attain their goals.
He also insisted the students to have a very good knowledge of their domain and upgrade themselves in recent technology to excel in life. “Students should develop their entrepreneurial skills”, he added.
He wished that one of our AAA College of Engineering and Technology students should become a business tycoon. Followed by this there was a questionnaire session. Our students asked number of questions and the Chief Guest Shree Pandey also replied to those questions with all ease.
He was very much pleased by the active participation of the students. Towards the end he advised the students to concentrate on their studies and to establish themselves in life. Then they should shoulder the social responsibilities.
MOTIVATION INSPIRES LEARNING
AAA College of Engineering &Technology organized a special motivational programme called MOTIVATION INSPIRES LEARNING on 7th September 2017 around 10 a.m. in the college A/C seminar hall.

The chief guest, Padmashree D.R.Karthikeyan IPS, in his speech, adored the International standard infrastructure facilities provided by the management and wished to name the Seminar halls with Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam sir’s name. He explained the generosity of our past president, Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam sir and advised everyone to lead an Ego free life. He insisted the students to choose good friends and habits, to cultivate stability in physical health, mental health and spiritual health.He advised the students to plant more and more trees for the betterment of the future generation. There was a question and answer session by the students followed by his speech.
TEAM VISION from SINGAPORE
Soft skill programme was organized for the third year and final year students through Rotary club of Virudhunagar. TEAM VISION from SINGAPORE conducted the training programme on 21st August in our seminor hall. Mr.Raven and Mr.Zafar were the master trainers on profiling and presentation. They gave an effective field training to the students to enhance their life skills..
Design and Simulation of Power Electronic converters using MATLAB and PSIM on 05.08.2017
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering conducted workshop titled “Design and simulation of power Electronic converters Using MATLAB and PSIM” on 05/08/2017 for Diploma students from various colleges. Around 42 students participated. Mr.C.Karuppasamy, AP/EEE has arranged the programme and also presented about the basics of PSIM simulation. Mr.M.S.Kalyana Sundaram, AP/EEE has presented a lecture on the basics of Power converter and MATLAB simulation. The students gained some basic knowledge in the field of Power Electronic converter design.
Workshop on Simulation of Power Electronics Converters on 16.08.2018 & 17.08.2018
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organizes Two days National Level Technical Workshop on Simulation of Power Electronics Converters using MATLAB and PSIM on 16th & 17th August 2018. This workshop deals about the Converter Design, Controller Design and simulation of the basic converters. This workshop is planned with an aim to learn and implementation aspects of Power Electronics Systems to the Engineering / Diploma students and Faculty. This programme will cover hands-on training in simulation of Power Electronics circuits. The workshop will be beneficial to the Students and Faculty for their Projects and Research work.
